1. The service
jiema.my ("jiema", "we", "us") provides retail access to temporary phone numbers for receiving SMS verification codes. Numbers are leased from third-party upstream providers and are shared resources; we do not own them and do not guarantee their continued availability.
2. Account & eligibility
You must be 18 or older to use the service. By signing in with Google or Telegram you confirm that the identifying information is yours. We may suspend or terminate accounts that we reasonably suspect of fraud, abuse, or violation of these terms, without prior notice.
3. Permitted use
Use the service only on accounts and platforms you personally own. Using leased numbers to bypass identity verification on third parties — for example to register accounts on behalf of others, evade bans, or violate any platform's terms of service — is not permitted.
4. Prohibited use
You may not use the service to commit, facilitate, or attempt fraud, harassment, doxxing, money laundering, terrorism financing, child sexual abuse material distribution, or any activity that violates the laws of your jurisdiction or the country whose number you lease.
5. Payment & refunds
Payment is in USDT on the Tron (TRC-20) network. Balances are denominated in USD. We process refunds automatically when an order fails (no SMS received within the window or the upstream cancels the number). We do not refund successful orders, including cases where the platform you tried to register on rejects the leased number.
6. Withdrawals
Available balance and referral earnings may be withdrawn to a TRC-20 wallet you control. We reserve the right to delay or refuse withdrawals if we suspect they originated from fraud or abuse. Withdrawals sent to wrong or incompatible addresses cannot be recovered.
7. Limitations
The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 30 days preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
8. Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be highlighted on this page; continued use of the service after a change constitutes acceptance.
