What we collect
When you sign in we store your provider identifier (Google sub or Telegram user id), display name and (optionally) Telegram username. We never receive your Google or Telegram password. We also store every order, top-up and withdrawal you make.
Why we collect it
We use this data to operate the service: provision numbers, post on-chain payments, calculate referral commissions, and contact you about service incidents. We do not sell, rent, or share this data with advertisers.
Third parties we share with
To deliver the service we forward order-specific data (service code, country, request id) to our upstream SMS provider. For on-chain settlement we read public blockchain data via TronGrid. For diagnostics we use Sentry — only when you have accepted cookies. For analytics we use Google Tag Manager, which we initialise only after consent.
Cookies
We use a session cookie (HttpOnly) for authentication and a consent record cookie. Analytics and error-tracking cookies load only after you press "Accept" on the cookie banner. You can revoke consent at any time from the Footer.
Retention
Order data is retained for the lifetime of your account. SMS bodies are kept only while the related order is open and are purged within 24 hours of completion. You can request account deletion via Telegram — that erases your profile, orders, and SMS contents.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data. We aim to respond within 30 days. Residents of the EEA, UK, Brazil, and California have additional rights under their local privacy law; the deletion path above honours all of them.
Children
The service is not intended for users under 18 and we do not knowingly collect data from minors.
