Refund Policy

1. The short version
If a service we promised didn't deliver, you get your money back automatically. If a service delivered and you didn't end up using it, generally you don't. Specifics below.
2. SMS orders that fail
Every order has a delivery window. If no SMS arrives in that window, or the upstream operator cancels the number, the full amount is refunded automatically to your in-app balance. You don't need to file a ticket. The refund usually posts within seconds of the failure being detected.
3. SMS orders that succeed but the platform rejects the number
Sometimes the SMS arrives on our end but the platform you're trying to register on refuses the code (anti-fraud filter, number recently re-used, regional block). Because our side delivered the SMS as ordered, these orders are not refundable. If you suspect a number-quality issue, cancel before the window closes — that path is fully refundable.
4. Top-ups paid on-chain
USDT-TRC20 deposits credit automatically on first confirmation. If the amount matches the order, balance posts immediately. If the amount doesn't match, the deposit enters manual review and is reconciled within 24 hours during business days — the balance is then credited at the actual amount received. We do not refund USDT deposits back to your wallet by default; the balance lives in your account.
5. Cancelling an open order
You may cancel any order in its window before a code arrives. Cancellation triggers an immediate full refund to balance. Once a code has been received, the order is considered fulfilled and cannot be cancelled for refund.
6. Withdrawals
Withdrawals leave the platform as USDT-TRC20. Once a withdrawal is broadcast on-chain we cannot recall it. If you submit a withdrawal to a wrong address we have no way to reverse it. Always double-check the destination address; we display it back to you before submission for a reason.
7. Disputed cases
Edge cases — for example, the platform you registered on accepted the code initially and then rolled it back — are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Open a Telegram support ticket with your order id; we respond within 24 hours on weekdays. Decisions are at our reasonable discretion; we aim to be fair but we are not obliged to refund successful deliveries.
8. Chargebacks and reversals
Because we only accept USDT on-chain, there are no card chargebacks. Attempted reversal via a third party (for example, claiming through your exchange that you didn't make the deposit) is treated as fraud and will result in account closure.
