Once a number on your order has received at least one code, you can extend that same number for more hours instead of letting it expire. Same digits, same SIM, same identity as far as the platform is concerned — you're not starting over, you're keeping what already worked a little longer and picking up whatever codes arrive next.

Why the renew button doesn't always show up

Here's the part we want to be upfront about: renewal depends on the number still being reachable on the carrier side, and that isn't guaranteed just because it worked five minutes ago. So we don't show a renew button that might fail — every time you open an order, we check the number's live status first. If it's genuinely renewable right now, you get a clear, prominent renewal box with real durations and real prices. If it isn't, you get an honest "not available right now" instead of a button that eats your click and gives you an error.

How to renew a number

1. Open the order for a number that has already received a code.
2. If it's currently renewable, a highlighted renewal section appears with the available durations and their prices.
3. Pick a duration and confirm.
4. The number's expiry extends immediately — keep watching the same order for the next code.

When renewal actually matters

It matters most on platforms that tie your account or session to a specific phone number — messaging apps, exchanges, banking. Re-verifying with a brand-new number can read as a new device or a new location and trigger extra scrutiny, sometimes a lockout. Renewing keeps the same number in front of the platform every time.

For a one-off signup where you'll never touch that number again, a fresh purchase is simpler and there's no reason to renew. Renewal is for the numbers you're actually going to need again.
